The Obama Supreme Court
Included in the benefits of an Obama victory is the very strong possibility that he will be filling as many as three seats. It is an opportunity to have progressive views on the courts for years to come. Personally, I think Hillary Clinton would make a fantastic Supreme Court Justice.
I hope Obama gets an appointment or two in soon. And I hope he scours the lower courts for judges who have made good, sound decisions, have displayed good judicial discretion and a thorough knowledge and understanding of the law. I don’t want justices using their seats as a pulpit for their political and moral ideals. When they do that we end up with crazy opinions that make absolutely no sense. So says the not-so-lay person
